Happy Birthday KT!

Beautiful drive to charlottesville. We have a new storeroom at MJH so we spent the morning doing inventory and in the afternoon installed John Grant's work in the sleep clinic. John has an astonishing show at the Second Street Gallery.

I had an epiphany in ceramics class today, one of my bowls was a little thick so I did some carving on the inside, what great fun!

We worked at NIH on Monday. Installed Chris Stevens and John Held at HHS on Tuesday, afterwards I took KT to the airport for her trip to Korea. Back to NIH on Thursday, ceramics class that evening and worked with Gretchen on Friday. Tomorrow I'm heading for Harrisonburg then Charlottesville for three days.

it was a great day for art on the avenue, I walked around for a while and then went in to Clay Queen Pottery to practice throwing for a few hours.

Yesterday we went to Culpepper had lunch with Priscilla, Cousin Rich, Gretch and KT.

this was the first bowl I threw totally by myself last night. The class is a complete joy, I had forgotten how much I love working on the wheel.
